Kale Chips

Vegetables: 
Ingredients: 
1 bunch kale (Dino or regular both OK)
1 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste
Directions: 

Preheat oven to 300°F.

Rinse and dry the kale. Remove the stems and tough center ribs, anything that would be too rough to eat. Cut into large pieces then toss with olive oil in a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Arrange leaves in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, or until crisp. Cool and enjoy!
