Fried Black Radishes

Ingredients: 
3-4 black Spanish radishes, thinly sliced
sea salt
1 cup olive oil
Directions: 

Wash and scrub the radishes (remove tail), then slice them thinly to potato chip size.

Heat up olive oil until very hot, and add in the radish slices. 

Fry until slices develop a nice golden brown on the outside (about 5 minutes).

Carfully remove from oil to a paper towel (don't overdry them otherwise salt will not stick), and immediately add sea salt.
