The next couple of months are our busiest.  We're harvesting shallots, onions, celery root, pumpkins, winter squash and everything else!  Soon we'll be harvesting white, purple and cheddar cauliflower, romanesco. 

We're also planting all of our winter crops now, so when you look at our Mac Ranch in San Juan Bautista - you see rows and rows of different colored little transplants.....we'll post some new pictures soon.
